Pub Fiction in Midtown has a strip special for $16 on Tuesdays. It's not an amazing deal relative to what else you can find on a Tuesday, but the bar typically has a good crowd even during the week.
Community Bar
This is a place I've frequented many times over the years, and it's generally been a really good spot to go to on a Tuesday. But this steak night as some consistency issues, as on some days the steaks come out drenched in its salty marinade making it difficult to enjoy. The lack of seating is also a challenge, which has forced me to to-go my steak at least once before.

Canyon Creek Bar & Grill is an old converted pool hall that features 30 tap drafts, and conveniently located near Memorial Park so you can cool down with a cold one after you finish "sweating out" the booze from last night by running the 3 mile trail. The Monday steak night special here is a 14oz ribeye with a loaded baked potato and a salad for $27, and is available until it's sold out.

Under the Volcano is one of the longest running steak night spots that offer up a 16oz Ribeye or a strip steak for $17. The steak night deal requires a beverage purchase which you can qualify with beer, cocktail, or a non-alcoholic drink such as a bottle of Topo Chico.
